Absolutely! Our coaches meet you where you are. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, every movement is scaled to your ability. You don't need to be fit to start, that is what we're here for.
If you're new to CrossFit, we require a 1-1 onboarding session ($99) where we assess your movement, identify mobility and flexibility needs, and walk through the core movements you'll see in classes. If you sign up for a membership before the end of your last trial day, the onboarding fee is waived.
If you have prior CrossFit experience, you can skip the onboarding session entirely. Just book your free trial and jump in.
Yes. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for military, first responders, and students. We also offer a $30 discount for each additional family member on a membership.
Beyond our fully equipped training floor with all official HYROX race stations, we have a sauna, cold plunge, private showers, a changing room, and plenty of parking.
Sauna and cold plunge access is included with Unlimited CrossFit and HYROX memberships. For 2-day and 3-day CrossFit plans, single-use access is available for $10.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring water. CrossFit training shoes are recommended but not required for your first class. We provide everything else.
Classes are one hour and include a warm-up, skill or strength work, the workout of the day, and a cool-down.
